2 questions: One about archiving fb messages and one about pictures I permenantly deleted on my laptop..?

Ok, my first question is:
I tried archiving my facebook messages and I only recovered some. Why is that and is there a way to recover more or all?

My second question:
I had pictures on my laptop that I deleted, then I went to my trash and permenantly deleted them. Now I'm wanting them back.. is there a way to get back permenantly deleted pictures?

Hi, your questions really need a deep knowledge, well i will try to help,

for the first question, when you want to recover your messages i think there is a limit of loading, so maybe if you delete some ofthem you can get more, and if you delete contiously what you archive so you can get until getting all , just a thought

for the second question, generally the deleted data for any reason go to cycle bin, and you can recover your deleted permanently data by using some software like power data recovery and others, just search on the web, and be aware please to pick the best reviewed by users and to connect only on known and trusted websites.
