Tumblr question!!! please read!?

kk so i want to know how to do these things on like text posts and photos n stuff . it looks like this
(link to your blog but shows just the url word n the dots like say your url is blahblah.tumblr.com
blahblah: (its underlined also) then theres a sold line (kinda looks like that)

do you mean like in the pic below? (p.s: that's from my dashboard btw)

as normal you just reblog it and then write whatever and then someone else has to reblog that SAME picture you commented on and then visit the picture link from the blog to see it.
