Google Chrome won't open?

When I had Google Chrome, it crashed and wouldnt open and whenever I tried to open it, it came up with the following message:

Google Chrome has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

It has the options of:
Debug
Send Error Report
Don't Send

None of these work anyway, they don't help and it won't stop coming up with this EVEN after I reinstalled it, so what do I do?

Google Chrome is the worst browser ever, the shockwave flash always crashes on me and it doesn't play Youtube videos. Mozilla Firefox is much better.
