Do you have to pay to use safari on iPhone 4?
Ok don't be mean.
 My mom said it costs money, (she thinks, but she isnt sure) does it? I have a iPhone 4 and unlimited minutes/texting/messaging. So if I use Instagram/safari do I have to pay? And I'm not using wifi. I have AT&T. So do I have to pay? Please don't be mean. thanks!

Lol no you don't have to pay. Instagram and safari are 100% FREE.

Unless you already have wireless internet in your home, then you will have to add "data" onto your plan. Usually data isn't very expensive of you can find a plan that includes it. Otherwise, data usually varies in price depending on the company. Around 10$/gb. Now if you are only planning on surfing the web and using instagram every so often then 1gb month should be fine for you. Although of you were to watch videos online along with social networking and multiple other activities then I advise you get more data for your benefit considering the prices that they charge for over doing it.
