didn't get your question though...

with an android phone, you can play games, search the internet, make projects, control bluetooth moduls, call, send sms, chat...

but still, basiclly a phone is a phone, and it's used to make calls and stay in tough with others.

but if you mean you want to control your data trafic. than yes there are apps that allow you to do so.. search the playstore for them.

Also not sure on what your question is. If it's "What I can do on an Android phone?" then the answer is: pretty much anything. You can use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Gmail, Google+, or thousands of other apps. You can play thousands of games, you can browse the web using the built-in browser or Chrome or Firefox (or others), you can take photos or videos and edit/manipulate them with any of the many, many apps for that purpose (you can even replace your camera app with a better one, such as--ironically--"A Better Camera" or "Camera ZoomFX" and others). You can create and edit office documents using one of several available Office-compatible suites, you can shop for anything using apps from Amazon, Target, Home Depot, Wal Mart, NewEgg, and thousands of others. You can plan travel using TripAdvisor, Expedia, Travelocity, Kayak, etc., etc. You can watch movies and TV shows with Netflix or Amazon Instant Video, among others.

The better question would be: What *can't* I do with an Android phone? I can't think of anything, though of course some things are better done on different devices, such as PCs or tablets. Things like desktop publishing, CAD, photo and video editing, etc. do benefit from a larger screen and the faster processors/video cards of desktop or powerful notebook computers.

Hope that helps! If that wasn't what you wanted to know, please clarify.
