email won't open google chrome?

I have window 7 google chrome and I have tried since Friday to open one email and when I click on it, it stays blank the web does not load fully as I click on my name to log out

I would try clearing your web history and then restart chrome. Usually happens if there was a error when it was first loading and it save the history of the error.

Hi! What you can try is this ... Switch off your computer and then unplug the modem from the electric socket. Leave it unplugged for 2 minutes then plug it back in and switch on the power. Once the modem lights are all lit up (all blue if you have a BT modem), switch your computer back on and try logging in to your inbox again and opening that email. This should have sorted out any 'kinks' in the program.
