Can I stop someone from seeing my message on facebook?

I won't go into detail about what happened but I sent someone a message and I really regret it. The person hasn't seen it yet so how do I stop it? I can do it on computer or on my phone. Thanks xxx

When you send a massege to Some one on Facebook there is no way to stop him seeing your massege even if you block that person he can also read the massege you have sent......................

Yes, you can protect your account by going into your setting and then in privacy option, you can easily restrict message and many more things.
