Google chrome blank white screen problem on some websites?

i recently factory restored my computer so one of the first things i did was get chrome again but for some reason, websites like yahoo, youtube and the adobe website won't even load, the would show this blank white screen and wouldn't even attempt to load anything. but i discovered that running chrome as an administrator solved the problem but i don't want to keep on doing that annoying pop up where you have to say yes before chrome opens.

i also know this hasn't only happened to me but after searching for hours i can't find any solutions so please if anyone can, help me cause fire fox sucks.

Sometimes Google chrome system files get corrupted.
You have to uninstall it manually & again reinstall it after rebooting.

The manual uninstall process is not same as the usual uninstall process.
It is used to remove all chrome data from your computer to delete the corrupted system files.

(Backup your Bookmarks before uninstalling)
After reinstalling it, it will work fine.
