How can my boobs grow??!!?
So I am 15 and in year 10, I am a skinny girl and always have been, I also find it very difficult to put on weight. In grade 6 my boobs developed the breast buds under the nipples and have stayed like that for 5 years and still sore and tender. My mum says just to wait but I don't think this is normal. I got my period halfway through last year and in all of the books about puberty and things breasts were supposed to be one of the things that came first! I have tried massages, pressure points, drinking loads of water, healthier diets and I just don't know what else to do. I am super self conscious about this and it makes me feel like less of a lady and that no guys will ever take an interest in me. If you have any suggestions at all I would love to hear. Thank you Smile

Usually when you're 15 you are fully grow. However keep in mind that's only usually. So I'm not sure there's much you can do about it. Try eating fatty foods like greek yogurt and whole milk. I've also heard green tea and chamomile tea work too.

First and foremost, you shouldn't be basing your self worth/confidence on how big your breasts are and if men will be attracted to you... that's not healthy mentally. Also, some girls are just flatter chested than others. Skinnier girls such as yourself usually fall into the category of flat chested/small breasts. From what it sounds like, you said you got your period when you were 13-14? That's rather late for girls, they usually get their period from ages 10-12. You could just be a late bloomer because of this. There really isn't a way to makes your breasts grow, it's not something any woman has control over. If your breasts do stay small, don't worry about it. I have a D cup and big breasts aren't all they're cracked up to be anyway. Small cup sizes have all the pretty bra designs anyway!!

I dont see whats so special about boobs. They do not determine if youre a woman or not and really they are just lumps of fat on your chest to feed a baby, thats it. Big boobs arent fun. Im 15 and a 34DD. Its hell. There are no ways to make your boobs grow.

Your mom is correct, all girls are different in their development, sadly all you can do is wait. Like some girls get their period at 10 or 11, so there is not much to do.

Now I hate to say while most girl get sizable breast, some get huge breasts, then a few have small breasts. Sadly a few girls stay almost flat their whole lives.

You need to accept your body how ever you indeed do develop, ever if your breasts never grow much more. While not easy do Learn to not to be self conscious, guys will like you regardless of your boob size. So yes, maybe less guys but do you really care about guys who only talk to girls with large breasted girls. Well maybe today you do, but you wont car in the future.

A girl I know I thought had small breasts until I saw her remove both her bras and I saw she was pretty much completely flat chested. I was shocked and disappointed, but I would not let that change liking her. Anyways as much as I hate breast enlargements, she eventually got a boob job, which improved her confidence like 10 times.

Anyways, be proud of who you are inside, then just take life day by day. I still chat with girl on Facebook many years latter.
