Internet connection help?

Hi, the internet doesn't work on my computer, it says "this page cannot be displayed" if you try to use internet explorer. My att uverse 3801HGV modem seems correct with the internet, Ethernet, broadband and service lights on. Our computer says it is connected to our wifi with internet access, but the browsers will not work. Any help is appreciated.

Try and change the wifi channel
Or delete cookies and cache get a new browser
Reset internet

I had this problem many times in the past, its either the wires outside your house causing problems or it could be all you need to do is unplug your wifi router for a about 30 seconds then plug it back into the wall.
