Can I make a side blog my main blog on tumblr?

I have a suicide prevention blog on tumblr but I made it as a side blog and I do hit post limit on my main blog quite often. This side blog is very important and I do not like to hit post limit.

So is it possible to maybe make a new email and make a completely new tumblr account and make the side blog as the main blog instead of going through the trouble of making it as another side blog or something?
