I'm thinking of giving up Blackberry?

I'm interested in hearing people's thoughts are about moving off of Blackberry and on to iOS, Android, or even the new Windows mobile OS.

I know it all depends on what I do on my phone, so here's my usage pattern. Heavy on email, calendar, and web browsing. Not so big on SMS. Probably on Facebook & Twitter only once a month (if that), and don't have many apps. I also believe that my usage pattern is influenced by the limited capabilities on my blackberry, afterall it's considered a corporate device. But I have also been noticing a lot of colleagues using iOS or Android, so Blackberry seems to be losing ground on the corporate scene too. RIM's recent guidance correction and planned layoffs is probably indicative of their loss of market share.

Blackberry just doesn't seem to be able to catch up with the pace of iOS or Android. So any thoughts of which other platform to move to? Any specific devices? My current contract is about to expire, and I'm using this opportunity to move to another device, just don't know which one.

going from Blackberry to Android and, im gonna say it and shot myself now, iphone.... its like going from eating corn flakes with skin milk to eating frosted flakes in whole milk...

your about to have a jaw dropping rude awakening...

but go Android, you have flash... unlike the evil apple Empires iphone with only HTML5

I deal with my professional stuff almost whole day on phone and i was blackberry user too. Phone wise i found nothing bad about BB but when it comes to user friendly operating system and apps ANDROID wins the race. SO i moved on Android and it rocks i would suggest you to try it once.
