Facebook application question?

On facebook I used to have this application that was like 'Someone just answered the question 'Do you like (Name here)' and they'd say if they liked you, then you'd have to earn 'money' to see who said what.
Anyone have that link to the application because I really like it and I want it again! Please and thank you!
