How I can create a facebook landing page?
I was visited a web designer's website http://www.designforce.us

when someone browse to my page so my page should look like this website. Is it possible?

Facebook is somewhat limited as to how much you can customise it but it is possible. You will not be able to make it look like the site you've asked about. They have used Joomla most likely. That's a free opensource website design software which you can get your hands on but you need to have your own domain and webhosting.
