Only Chrome won't play HD or fullscreen videos?

Whenever i'm on Chrome and try to watch HD videos they stutter so bad I can't even watch it. This however doesn't happen when I run it on Internet Explorer. Also, when I try to run a fullscreen video it plays for a couple seconds, then the screen goes black, I can hear the sound, but no video. But on Internet it runs smooth as ever.

Sometimes Google chrome system files get corrupted.
You have to uninstall it manually & again reinstall it after rebooting.

The manual uninstall process is not same as the usual uninstall process.
It is used to remove all chrome data from your computer to delete the corrupted system files.

(Backup your Bookmarks before uninstalling)
After reinstalling it, it will work fine.
