Please Help me to change my Facebook link on Twitter?

I recently changed my Facebook account.. and when I tried to re-link my new Facebook from twitter page..I signed in correctly to my new FB..but it always says that there's an error.,, I think Twitter still save my old Facebook... can anyone help me? (:

Did You Delete your Old Facebook Account From your Twitter if Not Please Do So And Than Try Again if you Did And if its Not Working Try Again Later if the Problem Still Persists Please Contact Facebook at the Help Center and Contact Twitter As Well And Open Up a Support Ticket

As Then The Problem Would be On Either Facebook Or Twitter's End and Only The Site Admins Can Fix it
