Computer Wizards-Please Help!?
I don't know anything about computers or the Internet-please help me, I'm scared to death that my son is at risk of danger. My security system said I might have 1 site at risk, Chrome Browser-it had my Ebay account on it, and I've been noticing lately it hasn't been able to load. By the way, this is on my phone. The security app said to update it, and I tried, but now I can't get Chrome Browser at all. If someone hacked into my Chrome Browser, could they have hacked into any of my other accounts, like email or Google Drive? My son's address is mentioned in some emails I sent to a friend, and I wanted to see if it could be found on Google Drive-I won't say under what site for his safety. But could a hacker have kept up with my browsing? The security site said only the Chrome Browser was found to be at risk-are my other accounts safe? Thank you so much.

The chrome browser gives nothing away. The risks are to do with errors which MIGHT permit a bad site to install malware on your machine or possibly allow information to be seen from the connection. It is not going to be a hacker problem. And there is no risk of them seeing data already sent. Keep your security software fully updated from the official site. Re-install chrome. That should update it and remove any errors in the software.

If yoy still have that message, can you please take a screenshot of it? It might be one of those bogus message that display fake scan results and error message.

You can try installing the Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security to check if its really malicious or not.
