Google Chrome - can't like Youtube videos?

There's a problem with my Google Chrome. Whenever I visit Youtube on there, and go to a video, it won't let me click 'like' or 'add to' below the video, it hovers over and the cursor keeps blinking and when I click it, nothing happens. I have to click about (literally) 100 times before it responds. It only happens on Google Chrome as I tried it with IE and it worked - I reinstalled Google Chrome but the problem still persists. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to solve it?

Uninstall, Search for chrome files and delete all in the users/appdata/local/google/chrome/userdata and then reinstall
