why does my xbox one game say queue when nothing eles is downloading?
I tried downloading ryse son of Rome for my Xbox one but it only got to 50% and stopped downloading and is now in queue section
also I need help fixing this problem

That means you lack an internet connection. There are many different reasons this could be.
