How do I set up internet connection sharing?

Ive read online guides and they say that I should:

Open Network Connections in Control Panel, or right-click on the My Network Places desktop icon and select Properties.

Then later

Choose the Sharing tab, and turn on the Enable Internet Connection Sharing for this connection option.


I dont have a sharing tab.. When I follow the instructions I am told to follow I get this :

Help please All the guides say the same tihng and I simply cannot find this "Sharing tab". Thanks guys
