Where do top-level iPhone developers learn their skill?

Hello everyone!
I'm quite interested in learning Objective-C so I could program iPhone apps and right now I'm just using YouTube tutorials and I'm reading a book. These sources have a limited amount of information and I found it difficult to learn the more advanced things like utilizing the camera on the device. But, there has to be someplace that these high-end developers go to learn these things, right? How else would the developers who made apps like Facebook, Angry Birds, Instagram, etc. acquire the necessary knowledge to make apps like that? If they just learn them from books, do you have any suggestions for advanced Objective-C/iPhone development books?

It is probably a combination of books, related past experiences, and lots of practice, because universities are not yet really teaching Objective-C and iPhone app development (at least none that I know of; some of the more specific "media schools" may be).

I have given a list of the highest rated iPhone development books in my sources. I don't have a Mac, and thus have never been able to develop for iPhone, so I can't speak of personal experience with them, but they have many good reviews on Amazon.

Beyond that, you will just need to get a lot of practice! None of those apps you mention were the first apps these guys wrote!

EDIT: Oh, missed that you said "advanced books". Without having read these books, I cannot be completely sure which are advanced, but there is a Wrox book with "Professional" in the title, which usually does mean it gets into advanced topics for them. I listed it last.
