What would like to read a blog about?

I'm thinking about starting a blog, and I'm looking for recommendations on the focus of the overall blog and topics for individual posts. So, what would you like to read about on a blog?

I can think of a lot of things. Day to day frustrations, politics and the insanity of it, the media over hyping things. Oh by the way the Malaysia flight is still missing. Some hobby you are really interested in. If I did one it would be on gardening. Life lessons, getting loans, investing money from a normal persons perspective, not as some hyped up expert who is as accurate as the weatherperson. Silly things people do against there own interests. For instance in my state storms knock down trees causing millions in damage and distress and yet people scream if you try to get rid of a tree of which there are millions in the state. "People are strange" blog could go on for decades.
