Computer Memory Problems?

I was deleting some unused programs on my computer when after I uninstalled one I went back to the list of programs msot of them disappeared. They are still one my computer and I am in fact still using them daily but it is not shown on the list. Right after to this happening my computer starting to have some memory problems; it tells me to shut down some programs in particular (ex:League of Legends) or in Google Chrome's case it just shuts down on its own. I am not sure if these problems are related to each other but if they are not I would like to know how to fix both of them.

download and run glary utilities it will most likely fix the problem. sounds like a registry issue.
Check your hard drive - run chkdsk /f
