How do I download the Facebook photo uploader?

On my laptop (a Toshiba L300 Series with Windows Vista, which I bought last October), I cannot use the main Facebook photo uploader which allows you to upload 60 photos at a time. Instead, I am forced to use the simple uploader which is limited to only five photos a time. A message (where the main uploader should be displayed) is brought-up saying that the correct plug-in is not installed; how do I install this plug-in so that it does work?
By the way, the OS I am using is Windows Vista Home Premium.

You may need Facebook Exporter into order to upload photos - try downloading it here, and see if that helps:

Problems have been reported with people using the standard photo uploader from Facebook. Try some alternative uploaders here, and see if they work any better:
