Why does the hourglass stay on next to my pointer in IE?
It will also pop on and off at times..driving me crazy. thanks.

The hourglass pops up because the operation of your computer is very slow due to whatever reason. Don't worry. It may come from your internet connection speed, or you have low performance of computer. Try to delete some temp files, you may get faster. The worst case, check if you got any virus.
