no face book account in over 3 years can i sue face book since i am not signing in it

Have they cause you financial damages? Have you lost, spent or failed to earn money or lost anything of monetary value caused by the actions or inactions of FB? You can't file a civil suit without monetary damages. You can ADD "pain and suffering", but can't file on any mental stress alone.
