Blogging copyright boundaries?
Hi, I want to start a blog but i'm a little unsure as to the legal side of things. The blog i intend to make will be mainly about football, so if i mentioned a player or team e.g. Ronaldo or Manchester City negatively could they then sue me? Basically, is it legal to talk about anything in blogs (within reason) or are there copyright boundaries?

Copyright == using some-one else's work ..

What you might get sued for is LIBEL (defamation of character) ..

Usually it's the web site where you post that will be the 'target' of any legal action (see 'Take Down Notice') ... especially as they have $$$$ whilst you have cents ...

... so if you go 'over the top' the blog site will 'warn' you (and then 'ban' you)...
