PayPal Money question.. overdraft.. money from bank.. which is it?

Im gonna pay for hosting $360.. and I only have $340 on PayPal.
I have my bank account tied to my paypal.. and I have enough money on bank.
so.. what will happen?

I have googled, and read:

A) that paypal will go into overdraft and charge me when I have the money.
B) Payment will take 48 hours to process so I wont get hosting for 48 hours even after I payed..
C) Bank will charge me a fee because paypal didnt have enough money


So im very confused.. which is it??

Both will charge you an overdraft fee.
The hosting should start immediately once the payment is received electronically causing the overdraft.
