How can I make a Facebook page that will have lots of fans?

Well I have this Facebook page ٠ ๋·Born to Be a GoddesS٠ ๋· that I opened yesterday and I have 41 fans that actually are only my friends. But I want to have fans that aren't only my friends but other people too. This page is for fashion, music. And I have another problem too. Under the profile picture there is: wall, info, photos and NOTES. I don't have notes on my page, while the other pages have it.Please help me.
