Is it true facebook user can earn money by sharing and comments?
I heard that facebook page can earn money by sharing and liking and by comments. Is it true? How it is possible and what is the process?

Noo. There's no possible way.

It's spam if a picture says "if you share this, facebook will donate ___ to whomever".

Just gets people to share and like photos for fame / popularity.

No, it's not true. All those chain letters are scams and the only thing that happens when you share them is they get replicated. You get no money.

Please look up "Facebook" on http://www.snopes.com you would be surprised how many FB hoaxes there are.
