No Internet connection?

do i have to get internet connection if i want to play a PC game??i want to get the cd rom for games but scare that it won't wok coz i don't have internet connection yet...please advise

If you got the rom,you don't need a connection.PS i got 340 roms.

To play few games, you need Cd-Rom drive & you have to place the CD in it, then only you can play,but no need of any internet connection if you have the Full game in CD.

Some games, although after buying the cd/dvd, still requires you to go online in order to play.
