IE 9 ad to upgrade when I'm using IE 11?
In yahoo mail the ad to the right is to upgrade to IE 9 ad and I'm using the new IE 11?

This is just an advertisement that yahoo posts on their website. Sometimes the advertisements are not upgraded so that is why it says "Upgrade to IE9" when the newest version is IE11. Also, the site may not know what browser is currently being used to view that website/advertisement. Look up the add-ons for adblock to remove these messages.
