No. There is no law requiring anyone to be on social media.
Most people do have it, but there is no law about this. |

Except if your name starts with W that's the exception. If it does start with W you have to have at least one form of social media for example Instagram.

Makes you as odd as me, but not against the law. Got interviewed for a job, lady wanted password for my facebook account and I laughed at her. She said she was serious, I said fine, find me on facebook. Never heard back.
