How to make a long Facebook page name?

I've seen facebook pages with REALLY long names and yet it's telling me that mine is too long. How do I get it to let me make a long one?

Many of these pages were created before Facebook changed the maximum length for page names. Many of these long-name pages are also part of a Facebook app/other website that shares funny statements that you can like.

I think you can do it from here, goto Account Settings - General - Username and then set a username, i have not tryed it but you can add long names
