Kind of skeptical to sign it, and show my new improvements to the product.I have a published patent app. But new improvements are not covered by it. I have a working prototype, and some of the tooling to mass produce one of the components. Will this stuff help protect me too?

If you are concerned, you need to hire a patent lawyer.

How do you know "new improvements are not covered by it"?? How "new"? You mean "new" since your first disclosure? If so, why not simply file another NDA with reference to the "new" stuff and have them sign that one?
Surely if the improvements are "valuable" enough to sell, they are valuable enough to justify getting actual legal advice from your patent attorney. |
