How To Install Sim City 5 Without Internet Connection?

I recently bought Sim City 5 (SimCity 2013 - disc) for my pc. You need to have internet connection to finish installing Origin to be able to play the game (Or even finish installing). Is there anyway I can get around this because at the moment I don't have internet access. Or do I MUST have internet to finish installing at least? Also if so, after I install do I have to have constant connection to play it?

You must have a constant Internet connection to install and play the game. You cannot play without one. It's sad, I know, but EA wanted to 'improve' the experience by allowing you to visit other cities at any time.
