Why wouldn't add me back?Is she uninterested???? ?

So I seen this girl at a party last month and it was more like a family reunion so anyway I showed her eye contact that showed I was interested and she seemed to look back at me and I believe she glanced at me more than once so anyway when I left she was leaving as well and I decided to go on the same elevator as her so on this elevator she was more energetic and she laughed alot more in the elevator then how she was in the party,in the party she laughed and smiled but a large percent of the time she was on her phone.Anyway on the elevator she laughed and was more energetic and smiling and i looked at her and we glanced at each other and looked away anyway she left then I left and a month passes and just yesterday I found her on face book and I sent her a friend request and she didn't except,now I took the glancing as a sign to talk to her but i didn't because that was the most beautiful girl i have ever seen and i didn't wan't to say something stupid to her anyway why wouldn't she add me back? is it because she didn't find any interest in me? or she just doesn't know me help.

i think she just has an elevator fetish. otherwise she either doesnt remember you, or doesnt realize the request is from you, change your profile to an elevator, or try sending her a message.
i noticed though many people dont like adding strangers on facebook, some only add close personal friends and relatives, and dont like any riffraff so they exclude everybody else.
