Why would she ignore my fb friend request and pretend like nothing happened?

So I like this girl in my class.We had a few conversations
before and she seemed to enjoy it.I added her on fb 2 weeks
ago and she didn't accept it yet.I know she logged in as we
got mutual friends and I saw her commenting/liking
posts.We saw each other a few times and she would just
greet me and talk like nothing happened.I didn't ask her
about it because I didn't want to look needy...I could ask her
for her number in person but we are always surrounded by
other people so it would be kinda awkward.My profile pic is
a pic of me and of course she knows my name so there is
no way she didn't recognise it was me

i think that her parents check her facebook often and when she accept your friend request her parents will ask her many questions.

She could just have a ton of friend requests!! I have stumbled on so many friend requests of people I adore because 10 creepers requested me the sane day! Request her again and message her with it!

Lol, if she didn't accept your facebook request, than she is not interested in becoming your facebook friend. It's common sense. If you see her commenting on your friends profile stuff, than she chose to ignore your requset.

Well if it is awkward to ask her anything just because you are surrounded by people then yes it would be awkward also for you to have her phone number! You are definetly not a humble modest person in this case but you are the one who always must receive whithout asking as your parents have done whit you all this time. You think of yourself you are in the top of the pyramid and every road leads to you, well reality is not like this, you are nobody and nothing and as long you think like this you will not obtain. In front of everyone say what you know about her and what you like and ask her number and to accept your fb friend request. If she dont then forget it and move on. People are not telepaths thats why we speak for things, to have to obtain etc. Oh, your friends would laugh on you, what is it so funny about communication?
