How do I remove myself from ALL fan pages on FaceBook?

I've found how annoying it was to see X amount of people becoming fans of pointless things on FaceBook, and I too am a fan of over 1,500 things, and I want to remove myself from all fan pages and not have to go 1 by 1 removing myself from fan pages. Is there a way for me to remove myself from ALL fan pages on FaceBook that I have joined?

go through everysingle one one and press remove as fan

account--->edit friends
in left side click 'pages'.then click 'x' straight to fan page names you want to delete.

you have to do them one by one. I had the same problem and it was alot easier to just make a new facebook, Its alot better when you login and dont have about 30 messages from pages and groups
