How would I start youtube?

I have a channel with 1 video. It only has 2 views. How would I increase the views? and earn more subs? I upload minecraft and other games. Please help thanks

Spread your channel don't be afraid!!! Use twitter to get engaged with other youtubers around your levels. Ask for collabs with smaller youtube channels around your size, put your videos in another videos response box in a related video.
