Respect for Account holders?

How do those of us who accepted Yahoo's invitation to join this forum years ago regain respect from that team?
1. Format change has left many of us frustrated when scrolling through to hunt for questions and having the new system lock up and not allow us to scroll any further down.
2. We, or at least this account holder is told to accept the 'rules of conduct' which Yahoo fails to enforce in order to have comments appear on the blog sites and yet there is no window provided for us to do this - ongoing loop.
3. Yahoo is is aware of some of these issues even before the format changes.

How long must we wait for action on these matters before Yahoo loses all of its most experienced respondents who were invited to participate on the basis of their level of expertise and/or interests?
Specifically Yahoo Answers - but not entirely limited to just Y!A.
