So theirs this girl I know and I think she's cute. I want to get to know her better. We've talked a couple times in class but now it's summer and I don't see her but I want to ask her for her number. I'm going to dm her on twitter. Is that weird?? What do I say??

Next time you see her ask to see her phone and call your phone with her phone. Say " there you have my phone number maybe we can talk sometime" ( now you have hers too since she called you).Don't ask her on twitter that would be strange.

No it's not weird. Just strike up a conversation with her, asking how her summer is going and then somewhere in the conversation (like if it starts to die or s/t) ask her for number. Be like, "hey do you have a phone?" make something up and say you don't get on twitter much but you would like to continue talking to her. It's not weird asking for a girl or guys number.
