Have I been unblocked from Facebook?

So about 7 months ago now my heart was broken. A guy I'd been dating casually for about a year suddenly dropped all connection from me. Blocked me from Facebook and ignored all my text messages until I threatened to show up at his door so he could be a man. He replied he was seeing someone. I haven't been able to let it go. There has been this unknowing anxiety building up since. I really thought we had something and I did a lot for him. I was hurt, but I knew I deserved better so have moved on. I just started dating a really sweet guy, and everything is going better then expected. I was typing in the Facebook search and his name popped up, and I noticed his profile picture changed. I curiously clicked on. Any other time I've clicked on it since then I couldn't see any facebook post on his timeline. Now I can see everything again! He is single again, and was making comments about how could he had loved someone so much. Why can I see his timeline now? Did he unblock me?
Yeah you would think so. I keep telling myself that all the time, but before I know it hours at work go by and I got him on my mind, and sick to my stomach. I've reasoned with myself that if I ever got a second chance with him I wouldn't do it anyway, but here I got cringing every time something reminds me of him. There was electricity between us I never experienced with anyone else. I'm smitten even now with someone 10x better then that, and yet still its him I'm comparing him to. I wish I could do like in Eternal Sunshine and wash him from my memory.
Would timeline post be included though? Not just photos, but his status updates, that I could never see before?

Probably as I do not see posts from people who have blocked me but on a side note it really frustrates me when the female race do this; you two evidently had something but when he can just drop you like that it obviously means that he is a piece of shit but you cease to forget him. I know its hard but its not fair on your new partner being compared to all the time when he actually cares about you. My advice: you dont have to let it go but make sure that you consider your new partner in your emotional conundram. Thanks
