PayPal have stopped me receiving money? What do I do?

I use PayPal a lot as I use eBay a lot as a source of income but I have recently hit my receiving limit of £1,900. I now need to send away ID and a proof of my address. My address isn't a problem but because I am under 18, I can't send away my ID as it will show that I am under 18 and PayPal may close my account. What should I do as it also wont let me withdraw money until I confirm my ID and I have £50 in my account so it is very important that I get this sorted. Any suggestions? Thanks :-)

Probably against the rules, get someone to set an account up with their details i.e your mother or something? then transfer the funds to that account and then into your bank?

Probably the only option, other then waiting till you're 18?
