Can you use Google Chrome on the LG Incite?

Im thinking of getting the Lg Incite and I heard it has a suckish browser, just curious if it can be upgraded to use google chrome

Google Chrome only works on full Windows-based systems. While the LG Incite is a Windows Mobile device, it is incapable of running Chrome at this time.

In fact, Google has shown a marked disinterest in getting Chrome working on Windows Mobile in favor of their own Mobile operating system, called Android.
