(plez read)I have a really good friend and we like to talk through facebook, but when that person is online I'm off-line and when I'm online they are off-line. So can I get a message or something when a specific person logs onto FB?

hmmm thre is a nice way for this...if you have windows live messenger 2011 you can connect your fb account on if you have the option Facebook Chat checked you having notifications when someone logs in

No, but keep an eye on your chat thing at the bottom of the page and it shows who's online and who's not. And if he/she is such a good friend, just ask if he/she can tell you when he/she signs on
