Could a buyer on EBay lie about not receiving the item?
I have sold 2 video games, and on PayPal they're telling me the money is pending, which I guess means that I gotta wait till the buyer receives the item and leaves a feedback. But couldnt he lie about not receiving the item? I wanna make sure Im doing the safe thing

happens all the time. When they legitimately receive the item then lie that they didn't...it's called a scam.

Not if you used Delivery Confirmation like you're supposed to.

If you mean the 21 days waiting time to get your money, that simply means that the payment went fine and eBay are holding your money for 21 days.

Though buyers can and some do do this, annoyingly eBay normally takes the side of the buyer and not the seller.
