Why can't I login to my ncaa.com account?

Every time I try to login to my bracket challenge account on ncaa.com it keeps saying "Out of Bounds" and to "contact customer support if problem persists." I have contacted them but they haven't gotten back to me. Has anyone else had this problem? Please I really don't wanna lose my bracket, so please help if you can, thanks
Also I tried saying that I forgot my password and changing it but changing my password didn't work

Their site is down for me as well. I used to be having the same issue as you, now it's gotten even worse and the page won't even fully load. Probably something broken on their end
