How do i fix this issue.?
Every time I try to download something it keeps on saying that there needs to be a connection to connect but there always is a network connection to connect. Heard it also had to do with my administration settings if it does have something to do with those settings how would you change it. Issue that's been around for some time now. Operating system is windows 7 and I use Google chrome.
Using internet explorer did not work.

I would initially try with a different browser either firefox or internet explorer and see if you get the same problem post back if you do.

If the problem goes away with FF or IE then uninstall chrome and reinstall and/or reset to defaults
