my phone was stolen, is there anyway to recover the photos/videos on it?

my cell phone was a Samsung Galaxy S...it was stolen out of my car in Oct 2012, is there anyway to recover the images on the phone through instagram? or any other method?

If you signed up for samsung dive in your phones settings then you can access your phone from.the internet at samsung dive.com
It allows you to gps track your phone, set a pin and lock.the screen with a message to the finder, call your phone, see texts your phones been sending and calls youve been sending and recieving. Theres something else but im not too sure
It also works when your sim has been removed!
